The Tea Party of Ottawa is a grassroots movement that seeks to inform voters of where the candidates for Ottawa City Council stand. We hope that we can improve the democratic process at city hall.
Incumbents simply do not lose. They have a job for life whether they have done a good job or not. People have called for a change but are left wondering who among the challengers is worthy of their vote.
We want people of integrity who have the strength to clearly state their positions to be elected to city council. The people want a change and we hope there is a change for the better.
